	We conduct annual Global Employee Engagement Survey (GEES) to give our people the opportunity to share their valuable input on what matters to them.
	We support a healthy lifestyle and organize and partake in annual group–wide friendly games and team activities.
	We believe in giving back to the community by and we encourage volunteering opportunities with the Sime Darby Volunteers Programme for CSR projects. Our CSR projects revolves around environmental conservation initiatives, community and educational projects as well as sports-oriented activities. 	We established a Skim Latihan 1Malaysia - Sime Darby Management Apprentice Programme (SL1M MAP) to support the Malaysian Government’s efforts to reduce unemployment rates and build capability among new graduates. The programme is created to provide and prepare these graduates with commercially useful skills and experiences that will enhance their job opportunities not only with Sime Darby but also to potential future employers.
