Foreign Shareholding
Dividend Info
Sime Darby has maintained a dividend payout ratio of at least 50% based on reported
net profit attributable to shareholders. For the Financial Year 2010/2011, the company
paid a final dividend of 22 sen per share . Together with the earlier interim dividend
of 8 sen per share, total dividend for the financial year is 30 sen per share.
a Net dividend per share for 2008 included a special dividend of 4 sen
per share less Malaysian income tax at 25% and 6 sen per share Malaysian Tax Exempt
