Sime Darby Auto ConneXion Launches Inflation-busting After sales Campaign For Ford, Land Rover And Alfa Owners
PETALING JAYA, 12 August 2008 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion Sdn Bhd (Auto
ConneXion), a wholly-owned subsidiary that now manages the Ford, Land Rover and
Alfa Romeo brands following the restructuring of Sime Darby’s motor business in
Malaysia this year, has launched an unprecedented five-month, inflation-busting
aftersales campaign aimed at giving real value to owners of the three marques.
The Auto ConneXion Rewards campaign from August 8 till December 31, 2008, offers
savings of up to RM200 on standard engine oil service of any Ford, Land Rover
and Alfa Romeo vehicle, regardless of age and model, at the respective branches
and participating authorised dealers.

Owners who bring in their cars during the campaign will enjoy a complimentary
car health check, free oil filter and labour for the standard engine oil
service; and attractive discounts of up to 30 per cent on the engine oil of
their choice. They can also purchase selected spare parts at discounts of up to
80 per cent. On top of that, there will be a limited quantity of special
accessories packages on offer at very attractive discounts.
The highlight of the Auto ConneXion Rewards campaign is a chance to win five
monthly Grand Prizes of one tonne of fuel. Other attractive prizes to be won
each month include free use of rental car from Hertz for four days, an iPod
Nano, a shopping voucher worth RM500 and an exclusive Ford-James Bond “Quantum
of Solace” merchandise pack.
