• When & where is the event?
  The ceremony will be held during the mid year school holidays. The venue will be mentioned in the invitation letter.
  
  
• What is the dress code?
  Long-sleeved shirt & pants (Men)
  Sleeved-blouse with long skirt/ pants or baju kurung/ kebaya (Ladies)
  Note: Ladies can also wear short skirts, but below the knee & no sleeveless blouse. Jeans (black or denim), T-shirts & slippers are not allowed.
  
  
• What is the agenda like?
  Although the time has yet to been determined, the agenda will be as follows:
  • Registration [Light refreshments will be served]
  • Photo session
  • Ceremony begins
  • Award presentation by category
  • Lunch / Tea break
  It is important that you attend at least 30 minutes before the event. This is to ensure that you are on-time for the photo session and do not disrupt the sequence of the ceremony.
  
  
• Who can I bring to the event?
  Maximum of 3 persons , including you and your parents. If your parents are not able to attend, you can send a representative (preferably your relative i.e. siblings, uncle/auntie or grandparents).
  
  
• Can my close friends/relatives attend the event as well?
  We limit the invitation to 3 persons only. If you have maximized the quota, you are not allowed to bring anyone else (grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, brothers & sisters etc), as seats are limited. They would have to sit outside of the hall.
  
  
• Can I bring my young siblings to the event?
  Your parents must make arrangements with a babysitter or nursery to care for your young siblings.
  
  
• Can I bring my own camera/camcorder?
  No, we will make arrangements with a professional photographer to capture that special moment. You may purchase those pictures from them at the end of the ceremony. We would not allow you to take any forms of photography or videography using any forms of electronic gadget.
  
  
• What award will I receive?
  You will receive a Certificate of Achievement and cheque.
  
  
• Will there be a briefing on protocols of the events?
  We will brief you when you register on the day of the event.
  
  
• Will my travel & accommodation expenses be reimbursed by my parent’s Company?
  No. It will be entirely at your own cost.
  
  
• I will travel from outstation (Johor Bahru) for the ceremony. Can my parents be granted paid leave for the event and for travelling in the afternoon prior to the event?
  No. Your parent(s) have to apply for annual leave.
  
  
• What if I cannot attend the ceremony?
  We will arrange for your parent’s Divisional HR Heads to receive the award on your behalf. They will then send the award to you.
