Dato' Sabri Ahmad
Plantation Integration Advisor

Dato' Sabri is the Group Chief Executive of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad. He was appointed on 1 January 2004 and joined the Board of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad on 7 January 2004. Dato' Sabri is also the Chairman of Malaysian Palm Oil Board, Director of Negara Properties (M) Berhad and Mentakab Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad. Prior to this, Dato' Sabri was the Deputy Director General, Fisheries Development Food Authority of Malaysia.

Dato' Azhar bin Abdul Hamid
Executive Vice President, Plantation Agribusiness Division

En. Azhar is the Managing Director of Sime Plantation Sdn Bhd and the Divisional Director, Plantation & Food Division of Sime Darby. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Tractors Malaysia Holdings Bhd from 2004 until 2006. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mohamad Helmy Bin Othman Basha
Head, Plantation Upstream

En. Helmy is the CEO of Highlands & Lowlands Berhad and Guthrie Ropel Berhad. Appointed since August 2006, he is also the Head of Plantation Malaysia of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Tong Poh Keow
Head, Plantation Finance

Madam Tong is the Head, Group Finance & Administration and Chief Finance Officer of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad since 1 January 2006. She has been the Chief Finance Officer since April 2003. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, UK.

Haris Fadzilah Hassan
Head, Plantation Strategy and Business Development

En. Haris is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Development of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad which he joined in May 2006. Prior to this, he was the Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development in Proton Holdings Berhad.

Zulkifli Zainal Abidin
Head, Plantation Human Resource

En. Zulkifli is currently the General Manager of Human Resource in Golden Hope Plantation Berhad, which he joined in 1999.

Prior to this, he was a Human Resource Manager in Sime Darby Berhad.

Property Division

Dato' Abdul Wahab Maskan
Senior Executive Vice President, Property Division

Dato' Wahab is the Group Chief Executive of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad. He was appointed on 1 January 2004 and joined the Board of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad on 30 June 2004. Currently, Dato' Wahab is a director of Highlands & Lowlands Berhad, Guthrie Ropel Berhad, Guthrie Property Development Holding Berhad and other subsidiaries of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad.

Dato' Wahab also holds directorship in Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad and a Member of the Financial Reporting Foundation of Ministry of Finance.

Prior to joining Kumpulan Guthrie Group, Dato' Wahab was formerly Group Chief Executive of Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, Managing Director of Negara Properties (M) Bhd, General Manager of Island & Peninsula Bhd and Director of the Urban Development Authority.

Tengku Abdul Aziz Tengku Mahmud
Head, Hospitality and Leisure

Tengku Aziz is the Chief Executive Officer of Guthrie Property Development Holding Berhad and is the Head of Property in Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad. He joined in April 2005. Prior to this he was the Managing Director of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd.

He graduated from Loughborough University of Technology, UK with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering in 1980. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK in 1991. Tengku Aziz is a registered member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM), the American Society of Civil Engineers (MASCE) and the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).

Dato' Tunku Badlishah Ibni Tengku Annuar
Head, Property Development and Strategic Investments

Dato' Tunku Badlishah is the Group Property Director of Sime Darby Berhad. He assumed the post in 2005. Prior to this, he was the Director of Operations in Sime UEP Berhad and Managing Director of Auto Bavaria.

Khor Kok Chai
Head, Overseas Ventures

Mr Khor is the Director of Corporate Services in Sime UEP Properties Berhad. He has been with Sime UEP Properties Berhad since 1988 and was subsequently transferred to Tractors Malaysia Berhad in 1992 before rejoining in 2003.

Wan Hashimi Albakri
Head, Negara Properties

En Wan Hashimi is the CEO of Negara Properties since Oct 2005. He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Kingston University, UK.

Prior to this, he was Chief Operating Officer of Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd.

Motors Division

Lawrence Lee
Executive Vice President, Motors Division

Mr Lee is the Divisional Director of the Motors Division, Sime Darby Berhad. He is also the Managing Director of Hyundai Sime Darby Motors. He has been with Sime Darby Group for almost 12 years. He has been managing Sime Darby Motors division in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Energy Division and Northern Corridor

Dato' Mohd Shukri Baharom
Executive Vice President, Energy Division and Northern Corridor

Dato' Mohd Shukri is the Chief Executive Officer of Continental Sime Tyre Sdn Bhd, which he joined in 1987, and he is also Divisional Director, Engineering and Oil & Gas Division of Sime Darby.

He graduated in 1985 with a B.Sc. (Hon) in Electronics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Utilities Division

Ir. Jauhari Hamidi
Executive Vice President, Utilities Division

Ir. Jauhari, is the Managing Director and a Non-Independent Executive Director of Sime UEP Properties Berhad. He is also the Energy and Utilities Division Director of Sime Darby Berhad. He was a General Manager in the Engineering & Technical Services Division of Consolidated Plantations Berhad and Director of Oil & Gas at Sime Engineering Services Berhad prior to his current appointment. He joined the Sime Darby Berhad Group in 1983 as Senior Engineer in Civil/Structure with Sime Engineering Sdn Bhd.

Ir. Jauhari holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from University College Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. A registered professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a corporate member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia.

Industrial Division

Scott Cameron
Executive Vice President, Industrial Division

Mr Cameron is the CEO of Hastings Deering Group of Caterpillar Dealerships which covers Queensland, Northern Territory, Papua New Guinea, and Solomon Islands. He has also been responsible for Caltrac, the Caterpillar Dealer in New Caledonia which was acquired in 2000. In addition to the Hastings Deering dealerships, he is a director of Austchrome Pty Ltd. and an alternate director of Energy Power Systems Australia Pty Ltd.. Scott has travelled extensively throughout the world on Caterpillar business and marketing. A chartered accountant, Scott worked with Price Waterhouse in Brisbane, Sydney and New York before joining Hastings Deering in 1992.

Razidan Ghazalli
Group Chief Financial Officer

En Razidan is the Finance Director of Golden Hope Plantation Berhad. He joined in February 2005. He has held various senior positions in Celcom (M) Sdn. Bhd., Petronas, Arthur Andersen, Tahan Insurance (M) Berhad and Idaman Unggul Berhad prior to joining Golden Hope Plantations Berhad. En Razidan is a Board member of several of the Group's subsidiaries. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Tasmania and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. En Razidan is a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Sekhar Krishnan
Executive Vice President, Group Corporate Services

Mr. Sekhar is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Sime Darby Berhad. He is also a director Sime UEP Properties Berhad, Tractors Malaysia Holdings Berhad, SD Holdings Berhad and Sime Malaysia Region Berhad. He has held various senior financial positions within the Sime Darby Group including that of Finance Director of Sime UEP Properties Berhad and Group Financial Controller of Sime Darby Berhad. He was the Finance Director of Tractors Malaysia Holdings Berhad immediately prior to his current appointment. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Hisham Hamdan
Executive Vice President, Group Strategy and Business

En. Hisham was appointed the Head of Strategic Planning of Sime Darby Group in October 2004. En Hisham was previously an Investment Banker with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) handling Corporate Finance & Origination for the past five years. Prior to DrKW, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst in various investment banks in Kuala Lumpur - Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Santander Research, Peregrine and Swiss Bank Corp/PB Securities. He had also worked in Malakoff's corporate finance department in 1999. Upon obtaining two separate Bachelors Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Management from Purdue University, Encik Hisham worked as a process engineer in Arvin Industries, an automotive part supplier, in Columbus, Indiana, USA from 1990 to 1992.

Mohamed Ishak Abdul Hamid
Executive Vice President, Group Human Resource

En. Ishak was appointed as Head of Human Resource for Sime Darby with effect from August 2005. An MBA graduate from Ohio University, USA, En Ishak first joined DMIB, in 1975 as a management trainee. He has held various posts within DMIB and was later appointed as the Managing Director of Simex Aircraft Tyre Company. He held the post for 9 years before returning to the Tyre Division as Group HR, a post he held for 2 years before his appointment as Group Manager, Human Resource for Industrial/Power and Allied Products Group. He assumed the position of Acting Group Head- Human Resource since April 16, 2005.

Nik Muhammad Hanafi Bin Nik Abdullah
Head, Internal Audit

En. Nik is the Senior General Manager of Finance and IT service of Guthrie. He brings with him 20 years of experience in various managerial and management positions in Kumpulan Guthrie, Kausar Corporation, Rikza Sdn Bhd and the MNI Group.

Foo Marn Hing
Head, Risk Management

Mr. Foo Marn Hing is currently the Group Chief Risk Officer of Sime Darby Berhad. Mr. Foo joined Sime Darby in 1995 as the Group Chief Internal Audit Manager and since then has served in various senior management positions including as Finance Director of DMIB and of Allied Products and Services Division. Mr. Foo is a Malaysian Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
