Article * Section Featured Developments Select Section Battersea Power Station
The Battersea Power Station is located in the heart of London, on the south bank of the River Thames in the vicinity of Westminster. The 39-acre site is situated in the north east corner of the London Borough of Wandsworth and represents possibly one of the last few opportunities for such an important development in London. A 40:40:20 joint venture between S P Setia Berhad, Sime Darby Property and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) established in July 2012 will develop and regenerate this venerable London landmark into a sustainable mixed development comprising residential and commercial units. The project will deliver over 3,900 new homes, circa 170 shops and restaurants, two hotels, a cinema and 1,250,000 sq. ft. of new office space.
