Our Rewards and Benefits
Throughout our talent management practices, Sime Darby strives to promote a culture of performance and accountability. This is also true for our reward practices. We firmly believe in the importance of adequately rewarding high performers and achievers.
Rewards not only come in the form of compensation. They are also managed through our variable pay system (performance bonus). In addition, we are constantly reviewing and benchmarking against best practices the benefits package that we offer to our employees.
Throughout the Group, there are also a variety of rewards and awards given to employees and/or operating units that excel in their job or operations.
