Providing this exposure to our employees ensures that they are always well equipped with up-to-date knowledge, information and skills which will directly have a positive impact in their ability to contribute effectively to the success of our business.

It is important to note that all internal trainings are conducted in our own Business School, which has been equipped with latest technology and state of the art facilities to enable learning in a conducive environment.

Some of the facilities in our Business School include:

• Auditorium: with a seating capacity of 200 people and fully equipped with video conferencing facilities;
• Training rooms: with seating capacity ranging from 20 to 200 participants;
• Breakout rooms: with seating capacity of 10 people
• Facilitator room: fully equipped with desktops, TV/audio, fax and telephone;
• Computer lab / language lab: equipped with 40 computers.
• Resource centre: fully equipped for research, with desktop, photocopy machine, management business books etc.
• Business lounge: including cable TV.
• Gymnasium: a mini gym to let the health conscious exercise and keep up with their daily routine.
• Pantry: A fully equipped pantry to make your special cup of coffee or tea.
